I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious, and once I got the air conditioner working, it was pretty good. However, being at the end of the hall was a slight inconvenience. The service was a mix with some fantastic staff, especially at the front desk, and room service, but there were moments where the service fell short, trying to curb the negativity. The location was excellent, particularly for easy access to the airport and shuttle services, although it could use more amenities. The dining experience offered a great selection of Canadian, Chinese, and European dishes, although the coffee was weak. Overall, a decent value for money option with room for improvement.

I was provided with Mobil units that need to be vented out the window, and the room had a huge water-stained crack above one of the double beds. The cleanliness of the room was average, with some missing carpet and overall dirtiness, but it had a beautiful outdoor deck.
My stay at the hotel was mostly pleasant. The rooms, although a bit dark and with a lingering smell of stale food, were otherwise perfect. The housekeeping could improve as the balcony had litter like water cans and cigarette butts despite being a non-smoking area.

The hotel is conveniently located close to transportation, cycling routes, and the airport, making it ideal for my final destination. The rooms, although transitioning from carpet to flooring, are very clean and comfortable, providing a welcoming atmosphere. I did notice that the shower was on the smaller side, but overall, the rooms were satisfactory for a pleasant stay.
